Core curriculum attributes on transfer courses corrected nightly

Adjustments should no longer be necessary for transfer courses which are equivalent to the Texas A&M University core curriculum courses.  A script was implemented in Compass in April that corrects curriculum attributes on all students’ records every night. 

New guide available regarding multiple internet tabs in one Howdy session

If a user creates multiple Howdy sessions by logging into Howdy multiple times, the first session will eventually be terminated.  The attached one-page guide explains how to open multiple screens within one Howdy session.  The guide has been added in Howdy on the Advising Tab in the Learn About the Advising Tab channel.

Compass time-out after inactivity

If a user is logged on to Compass but does not conduct any activity in the database, the account will be logged out after 90 minutes.  This time-out period is set at 90 minutes due to requests from Compass users.  If you are logged out, you will need to close the Compass window and click on the Compass icon in Howdy to restart your session.
