The SIMS group at CIS offers help in a number of ways. Listed below are some resources that may be of assistance.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday
7:30am - 4:30pm

Note: An answering service will record incoming calls for response when the SIMS Help Desk is not operating. However, callers may call the Help Desk Central at 845-8300 for 24 hour assistance.
