About Howdy

Howdy is a comprehensive web portal connecting students, applicants, faculty, and staff to their web-based services at Texas A&M University. With just one login to Howdy at https://howdy.tamu.edu, users can access their university records and other applications that previously required them to visit and login to multiple sites.

After logging in just once to Howdy, faculty and staff can find access or links to their Texas A&M University Email (Neo), libraries, eLearning, Single Sign On (SSO), and many campus sites. After logging in just once to Howdy, students can also find access or links to their TAMU Email (Neo), libraries, and eLearning, and many campus sites. Students and applicants can also find their university information currently found on a variety of web sites requiring separate logins. Those sites include https://myrecord.tamu.edu, https://myfinancialaid.tamu.edu, and https://aggie-pay.tamu.edu.

Although these sites will remain active for some time, students are encouraged to utilize the convenient, single sign-on feature provided by Howdy to access and update their information. Eventually, Howdy will be the "front door" for all users of the new Compass student information system, including students and applicants.
